Campsite " les RUISSES " * *

As you come out of the Gorges de Verdon, the "Les Ruisses" campsite beside the Sainte-Croix lake is open from February 13th to November 12th.It offers good shade, washrooms specially fitted out for children, facilities for the handicapped, washing machines, communal barbecue, snack bar and children's games room, WIFI .Just 10 minutes' walk away, the village of Salles sur Verdon has shops and various facilities.There are many opportunities for sports activities and outdoor pursuits: hiking, sailing, windsurfing, rowing, canoeing, mountain biking, tennis, fitness trail,, swimming with life guard on duty ( july-august) and airbome and white-water sports.

savage camping

As regards the 11 july 1979's Var prefect order, we inform you that it is forbiden to park caravans and campigin-cars alongside the lake between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., otherwise you will be punished after 11 p.m. by a repoort of 135 €

Unauthorized wild camping strictly forbidden.

Open fire is strictly forbidden.

Tattooed cats and dogs on presentation of a valid healthcertificate,with collar .
Dogs of 1 st and 2 nd caregorie are not allowed .
